Sheldon N. Abrams, CPA, JD has been a partner with the firm since 1973.  He concentrates on consulting with closely held businesses and their owners.  Mr. Abrams has extensive experience with complex tax and business issues, including estates, trusts, corporations, partnerships and other pass-through entities.

Mr. Abrams has lectured before many different audiences, including various CPA groups and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Abrams received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and a JD degree from DePaul University.  He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Bar Association.
